Dear Members and Friends,
Thank you very much for reading Outlook in 2019. Whether it was our analysis of and response to the special General Conference or our plans for a new Methodist movement, the Wesleyan Covenant Association (WCA) is dedicated to representing people who stand for the transforming power of a faith rooted in the timeless truths of Scripture and the great confessions of the church universal.
The WCA is a global coalition of local churches, laity, and clergy who long for a church fully focused on our great collective calling and mission: to worship and praise the Triune God; to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; and, “to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.”
As this year draws to a close and as we prepare for a time of transition in 2020 and beyond, we invite you to the do the following:
If you have not already done so, please become a WCA member or renew your membership before the close of the year. From its inception the WCA believed it was important for people and local churches to invest in a vision for a healthy and vibrant church committed to proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ. Make a Christmas gift to the WCA. While our membership dues are critical to funding our efforts, your gifts are essential to helping us prepare for the future, especially as we plan for a new Methodist movement! To make a gift, please click HERE.
As we prepare our hearts and minds for the great celebration of Christmas, let us prepare for a new way forward full of hope and faith that in Christ God is indeed with us!
